This week on Project Runway, Oliver Green was eliminated. I've been waiting for them to kick his unimaginative ass off since the first challenge, when he did that one get up w/ the dog bed.
I was so sick of his boring designs & bland color schemes. Like, its ok to have a signiture design... but NEUTRALS EVERY DAMN WEEK?! i mean c 'mon.
He always walked around thinkin' he was the shit, & he REALLY thought he was about to get down in this challenge because they designed menswear, which is supposed to be his specialty. Well he definitely did not get his look together, blaming it on lack of time & the fact that his model was larger than the mannequin. [PAUSE]: you've been on the show for 9 weeks now... so you know the time limit, sir. Furthermore, all great designers need to be well-rounded & should know how to work with ALL sizes!
I know this is mean, but I thought it was funny that he was sent home because a little after 7 minutes into the episode [around 7:15], he claims he has no problem doing mens clothing. However, in a video blog after the show [which i have posted underneath the full episode] he claims he never really had experience because he was not taught about it at his institution. fa real though? -____-
He was rude to his clients in EP8 & 9, when he basically called them fat. He also used drab patterns & had a total disregard for any of the things his clients were looking for. He was also a crybaby, & not only was I happy to see him leave, but Tim Gunn practically booted him out the door lol. Good Riddance!
