Alright, I had to go back to campus this evening to do an assignment, & was there for about 20 minutes or so.
I parked at the meters right, thinking it was free after 7... WHYYYY did they change it to 8PM?!?! ughhh I was PISSED!
& what made me even more mad, was that the lady had JUST wrote up the ticket as I was walkin' up! I was about 30 seconds too late man. I wanted to take off on her right there I was so mad lol, but I kept it together.
