sin city.

My four friends & I took a trip to Las Vegas last Friday. I was looking forward to really enjoying myself, especially since everyone was saying i'm going to have the time of my life... but i did not. VEGAS IS SO OVERRATED. i dont give two fucks about how anyone feels about that statement, but i honestly thought it was just ok. Of course we went clubbin' but i've never been a party animal. so as far as getting wasted & getting up the next day to do it again... I'm not about that life lol. Im also not a fan of going places w/o having a set plan or any sense of direction, that happened a lot. I have no problems w/ the people i went with either, it just wasn't what i expected.
Saturday was coo though... i had so much fun ziplining on Fremont Street!
Sunday was poppin! We went to REHAB & hung out w/ some chill ass people from France. Despite the language barrier, I had fun coolin w/ them.
im considering giving Vegas another chance, but not anytime soon. I've been wanting to go there for Halloween though... idk we'll see :)

indicud.

i woke up this morning to this tweet: Kid Cudi is releasing a new album this year... IM SO JUICED RIGHT NOW! I came across his myspace in 07 or 08, & have been a fan ever since. Unlike the assholes who disapproved of his sobriety, I respect him more than ever. If you can't be happy for someone trying to change their life for the better, you can't possibly be a true fan/friend/etc. He is one of the few hip hop artists out there that proves it can be done: you don't have to be high as a kite to be a legit artist.
Cudi has yet to disclose the release date, so hopefully he'll let us know within the next week or two.
G.O.O.D music is in the building. Holla.

long time no see.

hello everyone! i am back from my hiatus, & look... IM A COLLEGE GRADUATE! shout out to my fellow grads out there :) it has been a long journey, but i made it. i thank the man above for giving me the strength to complete my journey, & open up new doors for me. i am also extremely grateful for my family & friends, who have supported me the whole way & were able to see me cross the stage. If you're currently in school, STAY WITH IT & GO HARD! Once you get your degree, the only way to go is up [unless you took out $30k+ in student loans... thank god i was on scholarship.] lol no but seriously, it will all be worth it in the end.

A-MORIR

Those that know me well are aware of the fact that i have an extensive sunglasses collection. IDK why i'm so obsessed w/ them... but whenever i see an awesome pair, i can't seem to pass them up! I've always found A-MORIR to have some of the most interesting sunglasses... I decided to browse their website to day & came across some pretty sick frames! Here were my favorites:

These inspired me to have a super DIY session, so as soon as i put something together i'll post the pics :)
